Deployed systems are hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with encrypted data at rest and in transit.
2. Access Control
Access to client systems and patient data is restricted to engineers actively assigned to that engagement, governed by role-based permissions.
3. HIPAA-Aligned Practices
Systems handling patient data are built with access logging, encryption, and administrative safeguards aligned to HIPAA security requirements, and a Business Associate Agreement is executed where applicable.
4. Monitoring & Incident Response
Production systems are monitored for anomalous activity, with an incident response process in place to contain and disclose any confirmed breach.
5. Responsible Disclosure
